Web Link and Logo License Agreement

Wood IS greenTM, will grant a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Wood IS green logo in electronic or printed materials, as well as to  hyperlink ("Link") your Internet Web site to its Internet Web site, and/or use its Web Link Logo ("Link Logo") as part of your Internet Web site subject to the following terms and conditions:

You must accept all terms and conditions in this Agreement. To indicate your acceptance, you will be asked to click the button marked "I Accept" above this Agreement.

1.      This Agreement gives you no rights to any intellectual property of Wood IS greenTM

2.      You may not alter the appearance of the Logo, including reassigning colors to it, applying graphic effects to it, or changing its shape.

3.      The Logo must stand by itself and must include a minimum amount of 30 pixels of empty space around it so as to avoid unintended associations with any other objects including, but not limited to, type, photography, borders, and edges.

4.      You may not use the Link Logo as a feature or design element of any other logo.

5.      You may not use the name Wood IS greenTM , the Link, and/or the Link Logo in any manner that implies Wood IS greenTM sponsorship or endorsement of your products, services, and/or Internet Web site.

6.      You may not display the Wood IS greenTM  logo, the Link, and/or the Link Logo more prominently than your company, product, Internet Web site name, or logo.

7.      Wood IS greenTM reserves the right to alter, modify, or discontinue the Wood IS greenTM www page and Wood IS greenTM Link Logo at any time, at its sole discretion. Wood IS greenTM makes no warranty, whether express or implied, and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose related to Wood IS greenTM www page and/or concepts. Wood IS greenTM shall not be liable or obligated in any manner for any damages or other losses of any type whatsoever incurred by you in connection with the subject matter of this Agreement, and you hereby agree to waive such claims that you may acquire against Wood IS greenTM  .

8.      You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wood IS greenTM  its officers, directors, employers, agents, and any of its affiliates for any loss or damage (including legal fees) caused to Wood IS greenTM arising out of your use of the name " Wood IS greenTM ", the Link, and/or the Link Logo.

9.      Wood IS greenTM reserves the right to review your use of the name " Wood IS greenTM ", the Link, and/or the Link Logo, and you agree to provide Wood IS greenTM  unrestricted access to your site to review your use of the name " Wood IS greenTM ", and/or the Link Logo.  Wood IS greenTM may at any time, and in its sole business judgment and/or discretion, require you to discontinue your use of the name " Wood IS greenTM ", the Link, and/or the Link Logo.
